EIME DATABASES
EIME is provided with a multitude of life cycle inventory data sets. Each inventory data set has:
- A Life Cycle Inventory (LCI), an aggregated list of elementary input/output flows in Unit Process Black Box format (also called Cumulative Life Cycle Inventory)*
- An environmental assessment (LCIA) according to the indicator sets included in EIME
- A documentation sheet in ILCD entry-level format
- A versioning system to track data updates and facilitate the updating of models

DATABASE MANAGER ACCESS
EIME has a Database Manager interface*. It allows users to create and manage their own life cycle inventory data sets. LCI data sets can be created in two ways:
- By building an LCI from a list of elementary flows (including the EF 3.1 node)
- By creating an LCA model via the Design interface: EIME has a function to transform a case study into an LCI data set accessible in the Database interface
