Come in Paris and discover the new permanent exhibition in The City of Science and Industry which takes a different look at living things.
The exhibition « BIO-INSPIRED another approach »
The living world is a huge source of lessons. Organisms (animals, plants and fungi) have developed know-how to protect themselves, adapt to their environment, and resist change. Faced with the environmental challenges of the 21st century, living things are an essential source of inspiration. New permanent exhibition presented in the City of Science and Industry, « Bio-inspired, another approach » testifies to this. Immersed in three different ecosystems, visitors will discover biomimicry, a scientific approach that respects living things and is inspired by it to imagine a more sustainable and harmonious world. In particular, you will discover a mapping video show that questions the relationship of human beings to nature.
An exhibition with the participation of LCIE Bureau Veritas!
LCIE Bureau Veritas participated in the development of this exhibition. As part of the Research projects carried out by LCIE on the evaluation of digital services, the CODDE department of LCIE calculated the environmental footprint of three digital services presented during the exhibition:
- Sending an email
- Automatic translation
- Streaming video
To carry out these analyzes, CODDE used the Négaoctet referential supplemented by bibliographic research.
